How is the gram gold price calculated?
gram gold = gold per ounce (USD) × USD/TRY ÷ 31.1035
31.1035 is the gram equivalent of one troy ounce, which is why gram gold depends both on the ounce price and on the USD/TRY rate. Detail: gram gold.
Data and method
Prices come from public market data (Yahoo Finance) and are delayed by roughly 15 minutes; they are not live trade prices. Changes are measured over calendar days (1 week = 7, 1 month = 30, 3 months = 91, 1 year = 365 days) against the earlier close of the same series, and are computed on this page. Annualised volatility is the standard deviation of the last year's daily returns, annualised (√252; √365 for crypto, which trades around the clock). Largest drawdown is the deepest fall from a peak seen in the last year.
