Elliott Auto Count (bearish) Pattern — what it is and how to read it
Bearish pattern Classic and harmonic chart patterns
The mirror of the bullish form: a 5-wave downward impulse at the end of a rally, followed by an A-B-C reaction. If the reaction is COMPLETE, a break of B's low is the candidate for a new downward impulse; if it is STILL IN PROGRESS, a break of A's high is a warning that the reaction is deepening. Elliott counting is subjective.
How to read it
A bearish structure is only a candidate until its trigger breaks down. StockFortuna draws the ▼ marker only on a red candle that closes below the trigger — a description, not a recommendation.
